Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches.

*Custom color hair from C'Million Gem Extensions are processed within 3 calendar days, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times​

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times are based upon USPS and DHL schedule.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by country and customs procedures. Camelgang Clothing is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Camelgang Clothing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance via email: Support@camelgangclothing.com
