Due to hygiene and quality control reasons:

• Hair extensions are FINAL SALE

• Clothing and footwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

 

Refunds

 

• Approved refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping fees are nonrefundable

• Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
